AskNow training

The price of the service for AskNow also  includes initial  first training for work in administration of AskNow. The firts training is free of charge  for any number of participants.

We offer the following forms of training for our clients according to the level of content:

• Basic course – Basic user access  and functions in AskNow Admin
• Advanced Course -  Extension access with editing  for Authorized Users 2
• Additional course - Communication = E-messenger

Courses can be completed in two ways:

• on-site training
• on-line form of training

Minim. number of course participants – 3 people

Online courses - can be from 1 person

In case of extension of  the contract for another 2 years, the training is provided free of charge again.
